The Higher Education Institutions (HEI) are in desperate need of leadership talent development programmed to nurture academic to lead units, department, and the HEI itself. This book elaborates in detail the criteria in talent development according to the leadership ladder that they are pursuing. It provides rubrics and examples of customized designed leadership training programmed to suit the needs of the academics. The training programmed also considered the tacit knowledge and experiences the group has and identify the leadership competency gaps that are needed for their next journey in leadership position. Since the training is for adult learners, experiential learning is used as the core of the training which also includes on the job experience.
