Economic and Social Issues in Sustainability




Having a long-term perspective on sustainability is a defining factor for the future of economic development. A balanced focus between economic, environmental and social must be strengthened and improved. This book presents the conceptual and empirical research discussion related to sustainability. In particular, the objectives of this book publication are to showcase current knowledge on sustainability issues specifically in the environmental and social elements, and secondly to be a source of reference for future research related to sustainable development goals. From the environmental domain, issues related to attitude, behavior and practices on green consumption and production are presented. Whereas, the social element domain covers the issues related to a healthy lifestyle, well-being, and education.
