Description
Magnetic Induction Tomography (MIT) is an interesting research field which is relatively new compared to other modality likes X-ray. Due to the great opportunity offers by MIT to both industrial as well as medical field, the authors would like to share and contribute their knowledge to the readers who have interest in this field of research. This book explains the physics of MIT including its mathematical equation involved which related to the Maxwell’s equations. The authors also discuss the measurement concept and current techniques applied in real application with its own challenges and constraint. This book also touches on several types of image reconstruction algorithms which are the heart of any tomography system whilst at the end of the book the authors do highlighted the current applications of MIT that have been explored by many researchers in the world.
