Psychology refers to the study of human behaviour and mental processes. The workplace setting involves complex interrelationship of human beings that share common goals of the organisation. This volume highlights pertinent psychological issues in the context of the workplace. It consists of ten chapters covering five main themes: work-related attitudes and behaviours, stress management, workplace personality, psychosocial work environment and Muslim women at work.
