We, the staff of Penerbit UTM Press, pledge and give our word of honour to continuously fulfill our every role and responsibility with quality through:

Ensuring that the published products do not receive clients’ complaints exceeding two out of four categories, i.e. Language, Fact, Physical Defect and Print Quality.

Ensuring that yearly publication percentage is not less than 90% of total yearly estimate.

Ensuring that publication period meets the stipulated schedule, i.e. 12 months for books and 6 months for journal articles, upon completion of the assessment process.

Ensuring that delivery of books meets the promised date after receiving complete orders, i.e. within three (3) working days for local orders, seven (7) working days within West Malaysia, 21 working days for Sabah & Sarawak/overseas.

Ensuring all books/journals published meet the quality standards as stipulated in aspects of shape, print and binding.
