1. Before you make any transaction with Booksonline, please ensure you register with us as a registered user by click on ?Register?. It is important that you provide to us the valid e-mail address, actual name, correct mailing address and valid contact number.

1. Make sure you fill in all necessary columns as required. Please remember and keep your ID and password after registration success. You will need your id and password every time you log in to our website, and for checking your order, tracking the delivery status etc.

1. You may begin your order after being a registered user.

1. Once you have selected your order from our listing you will be given an opportunity to submit your order by clicking on the ?proceed? button. Please note it is important that you check the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the ?proceed? button. If you entered wrong input, please click ?back? button and re-enter the correct information.

1. If any time prior to you clicking on the ?proceed? button, you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your order, you may click the back button or close the window application.

1. Upon receipt of your payment, Booksonline will begin processing your order and we will send you notification by e-mail that payment has been received and your order is being processed.

1. Where any payment you make is not authorised or failure, you will be returned to the previous page on the Website and we cannot process your order.

1. Please note that once you have made your order and your payment has been authorised you will not be able to cancel your order nor will you entitled to a refund.

 
If you have selected a product that has been no longer in the market or in our stock list, then you may have your money refunded or receive a credit note from Booksonline.

1. 1. Once Booksonline has received your request for your order, we will notify to you via e-mail that either the selected item/items in stock and will be delivered to you or the selected item/items is unavailable.

1. 1. When the payment has been made and authorised by your financial provider, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that the selected item/items is available and we will process the delivery. Once the purchased is confirmed, and has been delivered, you will not be able to cancel your order.

1. 1. You will be given a purchase reference number and delivery reference number for your record. You may check your order status or track your delivery purchase by using the given references number.

1. 1. Booksonline will receive process and deliver the orders from any parts of the world.

1. 1. Booksonline will deliver the book/books to the address that you are provided when you register with us. We will deliver to difference location by your request. It is your responsibility to update with us if any changes of address or delivery address.
