Ensuring that the published products do not receive clients complaints exceeding two out of tour categories , l.e.

Language,Fact,Physical Defect and Print Quality.

Ensuring that yearly publication percentage is not less than 90% of total yearly estimate.

Ensuring that publication period meets the stipulated schedule.

Ensuring that delivery of books meets the promised date after receiving complete orders.

Ensuring all books/journals published meet the quality standards.
