This book consists of eight chapters focusing on sustainable economic growth and decent work as one of the agenda under sustainable development goals (SDG). This book describes the concept of sustainable development as promoted by the United Nations and the role of having sustainable economic growth and decent work in achieving the sustainable development agenda. The chapters on sustainable economic growth cover the analysis of Malaysian tribunal for consumer claims in alternative dispute resolution for e-consumers and the analyse how Instagram affect the younger generation purchase intention. In addition, the chapter discusses on the relationship between shopping orientations towards intention of online shopping during epidemic COVID-19. This book also provides an interesting perspectives on halal supply chain by providing perspectives on stakeholder relationship management and integrity in halal supply chain. This chapter also provides a study on perception and barriers in adoption of halal supply chain management system among halal manufacturers. The chapters on decent work cover the analysis on the levels of emotional intelligence and how it affects the professional quality of life of the nurses in a specialist hospital. Additionally, this book provides a case study on employers’ awareness on safety and health legal framework in Malaysia and it’s importance towards providing decent work for employees at the workplace.  Chapters presented in this book could provide some insights into the discussion on sustainable economic growth and decent work for students, researchers and industrial practitioner.
